Course Guidelines

• Program Fees must be paid two weeks in advance.
• Programs are filled on a first come, first served basis. Register early to avoid disappointment.
• If the program is cancelled, full refunds will be made to paid registrants.
• A minimum of 7 days notice is required for cancellation of registration. If you cancel 7 days or less from a program a $10 processing fee will apply.
• Cheques should be made payable to The Village of Thorsby and postdated to the start date of the program. Cash or cheques are the only form of payment we are equipped to accept.
• To register, call 789-4041, email registration to  lgellert@village.thorsby.ab.ca or stop in the Recreation Complex.
• Registration Forms/Waivers can be downloaded.

Program Guides

Program Guides are mailed out at the beginning of September and January to Thorsby, Warburg, Calmar, Breton, Mulhurst and Sunnybrook.

• They are also available at the Village Office and Recreation Complex.
